The Village of Warburg is a peaceful but energetic community of friendly residents with a strong sense of community. Situated in the westernmost portion of Leduc County, the Village is located in a rich farming region amidst an abundance of oil and gas wells and next door to Capital Power's Genesee generating station.
Warburg has a great K to 12 school, an enthusiastic seniors’ population and a modern and enterprising Council. Elected Council along with Village Administration strive to deliver a high level of services to residents while maintaining a commitment to environmental and social sustainability.
This self-sufficient community provides business, recreational and residential services to its own and surrounding Leduc County residents. Our commercial core provides for all basic needs including grocery, eating, banking, insurance, registration and vehicle services.
